Use: Smooth Move capsules relieve occasional constipation (irregularity) and generally produce bowel movements in 6 to 12 hours. Directions: Take preferably at bedtime. Follow directions of use unless directed otherwise by a doctor. Age: Adults and children 12 years of age or older; Staring Dosage: 2 capsules once a day; Maximum Dosage: 3 capsules per day. Age: Children Under 12; Starting Dosage: Consult a doctor or pharmacist; Maximum Dosage: Consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Warnings: Do not use laxative products when abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present unless directed by a doctor. If you have noticed a sudden change in bowel habits that persists over a period of 2 weeks, consult a doctor before using a laxative. Laxative products should not be used for a period longer than 1 week unless directed by a doctor. Use responsibly and follow all directions for use.
