Salmon (Color Added), Butter (Pasteurized Cream), Maltodextrin, Salt, Natural Flavor, Spices.
Directions
Cooking Instructions: Thawing Instructions: Remove salmon fillets from vacuum pouch, place them on a tray in the refrigerator until thawed (overnight). Do not refreeze product after defrosting. For Oven: 1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F, place fillets skin down on baking dish with a touch of oil. 2. Bake Oceanic portions for 7 minutes until fish flakes when pierced with a fork or until center is at 160 degrees F. For Skillet: 1. Pre-heat skillet. 2. Place Oceanic portions skin up and cook for 5 minutes or until center is at 160 degrees F, carefully turn fillets skin down and cook until is juicy and flaky. Microwave: 1. Place fillets on a microwave dish, covered. 2. Cook for 5 minutes or until center is at 160 degrees F. Good for cedar plank grilling too!
Keep frozen.
