Cooked Mussel Meat, Blanched Shrimp, Cooked Octopus, Giant Squid, Water, Salt, Sodium Citrate As Stabilizer.
Directions
Thaw the Seafood mix bag overnight in a refrigerator or place under running cold water for 15 minutes. Defrost and cook to your taste. Instructions: Preheat a none-stick pan in olive oil and add the scallion. Saute the Seafood Mix with octopus for 7-8 minutes. Add the white wind and reduce. Add the rice and cook on low heat until it turns translucent. Add salt to taste. Add the seafood broth gradually. Serve with your preferred chopped herb.
Suggested Recipe: Ingredients: 1 lb Seafood Mix with octopus, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 scallion finely chopped, 100 fl oz seafood broth, 6 oz arborio rice, 1/2 cup of whine wine, 1/2 butter stick, 1-1/2 cup parmesan cheese, salt, and herbs to taste.
Sotrage: Fridge 25 hours/freezer 3-6 months. To be thoroughly cooked before consumption. Keep frozen at -18 degrees C or -0 degrees F. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
Consume before the expiration date printed on the bag.
