All You Need: 1 pkg. Durkee Original Buffalo Wings Seasoning Mix. 2 lbs. thawed chicken wings or drumettes. All You Do: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine chicken & seasoning blend in resealable plastic bag; toss to coat. 2. Line large baking pan with foil; coat with cooking spray. Arrange chicken in single layer. Discard bag. 3. Place in center of oven. Bake 50 to 60 minutes until cooked through. Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks, if desired. Variations: Lower Fat Version: Substitute 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Follow package directions, decreasing baking time to 20 to 30 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F. or juices run clear.
