Cooking Instructions: Oven: Preheat oven 350 degrees F. Place stuffed crab on baking pan. Place pan on center oven rack. Cook 16-18 minutes. Internal temperature should reach 165 degrees. Optional: Baste top of crabs with melted butter and re-insert into oven for an additional 3 minutes for extra flavor. Deep Fry Instructions: Heat 3-4 inches of vegetable oil in a small sauce pan to 350 degrees. Fry 2 stuffed crab at a time. They will float about halfway through. Turn them so they are evenly cooked. Drain on paper towels. Internal temperature should reach 165 degrees.
