Cooking Instructions: Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to use. For safety, must be cooked to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F as measured by use of a food thermometer. Oven: Yes. Ovens take longer, but it taste (and smells) better that way. One: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove calzone from overwrap and wrap with aluminum foil. Two: Place wrapped calzone on cookie sheet and place on center rack of oven (6-8 inches from heating element). Cook 1 calzone for 25-30 minutes. Three: Carefully remove from oven and let stand for 2 minutes before serving. Microwave: Microwaves work, too, but would nonna approve? One: Remove calzone from overwrap. Two: Place calzone on a microwave safe plate and place in microwave. Cook 1 calzone for 1:30 minutes. Three: Carefully remove from microwave and let stand for 2 minutes before serving. Keep frozen & cook thoroughly. Microwaveable.
