We are an artisan food producer located in the small rural village of Finea, Country Westmeath (population 70) in Ireland's luscious green lakelands. We are a family run business, started back in 1996 and famous for our internationally award winning Stuffing. Our Stufing is cooked by hand in small batches; sauteing onions, herbs and spices in pure Irish butter (from grass fed cows) before mixing in fresh breadcrumbs. Ready to cook in the microwave. 5 mins. Microwave or oven cook in the tray. Cooking Instructions: Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Oven Cook from Refrigerator: For best ersults, defrost stuffing in refrigerator for 24 hours prior to cooking. Remove card sleeve & pierce film several times. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F/Gas Mark 4. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for the time indicated. For a crispier eat, remove film halfway through cooking. Once cooked, remove film lid. Fork through and serve. Conventional Oven: 350 degrees F; 22 mins. Fan Assisted Oven: 350 degrees F; 19 mins. Gas Oven: Gas Mark 4; 19 mins. Oven Cook from Frozen: Remove card sleeve & pierce film several times. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F/Gas Mark 4. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for the time indicated. For a crispier eat, remove film halfway through cooking. Once cooked remove film lid. Fork through and serve. Conventional Oven: 350 degrees F; 28 mins. Fan Assisted Oven: 350 degrees F; 25 mins. Gas Oven: Gas Mark 4; 25 mins. Microwave from Frozen: Remove card sleeve & pierce film several times. Place tray onto microwavable plate.
