Pasteurized process cheese spread. Cheez Whiz: Tangy cheese taste with a smooth, consistent melt.
Ingredients
Milk, Whey, Sodium Phosphate, Milkfat, Contains Less than 2% of Salt, Whey Protein Concentrate, Skim Milk, Mustard Flour, Lactic Acid, Worcestershire Sauce (Vinegar, Molasses, Corn Syrup, Water, Salt, Caramel Color, Garlic Powder, Sugar, Spices (Contains Celery), Tamarind, Natural Flavor), Cheese Culture, Sorbic Acid as a Preservative, Annatto and Oleoresin Paprika (for Color), Enzymes.
Directions
Heating directions for pump dispenser: Roll/ squeeze product down towards bottom of pouch. Place pouch into steel jar insert and cut excess pouch. (alternatively evacuate product directly into steel jar insert.) add water and plastic support piece to pump dispenser per instructions. Place steel jar insert into pump dispenser. Warm in dispenser at 200 degrees F for 1 hour, then reduce to 150 degrees F. For double boiler: roll/ squeeze product down towards bottom of pouch and place pouch into double boiler. (alternatively evacuate product directly into double boiler.) heat and hold at serving temperature in double boiler on flat top grill. Stir frequently. For best results, do not reheat once product has cooled.
