<p><strong>Oven</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Preheat oven to 400 F (or 425 F for crispier wings).</li>
<li>Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray liberally with non-stick cooking spray.</li>
<li>Arrange desired number of frozen wings on the baking sheet. Wings should not overlap or touch.</li>
<li>Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, turning wings over halfway through the cooking cycle.</li>
<li>Bake until nicely browned and the internal temperature of the wings reaches at least 185 F.</li>
<li>Do not thaw before cooking.</li>

<ul>
<li>Clean grill grates and then brush or spray with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.</li>
<li>Preheat grill to medium heat (400 to 450 F).</li>
<li>Place frozen wings on the grill and close the lid.</li>
<li>Turn wings as needed to avoid burning.</li>
<li>Grill the wings until they are golden brown and reach a minimum 185 F internal temperature near the bone.</li>
<li>Deep frying not recommended.</li>
