Turkey Breast: Less Than 6% Retained Water, Dirty Rice: Cooked Rice (water, Rice), Ground Pork, Ground Turkey &/or Chicken Gizzards, Yellow Onions, Roux (all Purpose Enriched Flour Bleached [bleached Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid], Corn Oil, Beer [water, Barley Malt, Corn Grits, Calcium Sulfate, Hops, Phosphoric Acid, Whirlfloc, Yeastex]), Celery, Green Bell Peppers, Salt (salt, Sodium Silicoaluminate), Black Pepper, Chopped Garlic In Water, Chopped Green Onions, Duck Breast: Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breast: Less Than 8% Retained Water, Boneless, Skinless, Seasoning: Salt, Black Pepper, Ground Red Pepper And Spices.

Cooking Direction (Keep Frozen Until Ready to Use): Thaw in refrigerator for 48 hour prior to baking. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove plastic bag, netting stays in place and put completely thawed roll in a non-stick roasting pan or one that has been sprayed with cooking oil. Cover with foil and bake approximately 2 hours. Remove foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes or until golden brown in color. Basting with butter helps achieve the golden brown color and also keeps the roll moist. Internal temperature must reach 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Let stand 10-15 minutes, cut and remove netting. Carve, serve enjoy!
