Directions
Oven Guidelines: Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees F. Remove all packaging & place on a wire rack over a deep baking tray. Cook: Cook in the middle of the oven & bake for 23 minutes. Enjoy: Serve with your favourite sides. Caution: Care should be taken when removing the tray from the oven as it may contain hot oil. Deep Fry Guideline: Remove all packaging. Place fish fillets into basket & gently lower into the hot oil. Cook: Cook for 6 minutes. Enjoy: Serve with your favorite sides.
