Our wraps are flexible and are perfect for making sandwiches, salad bowls, quesadillas and many other items. When stored properly, they do not crack, or dissolve when filled with moist ingredients. The natural flavors and colors we use cost us more - but they make for a better wrap -we'd have it no other way.

Unbleached Enriched Wheat Flour (Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Vegetable Shortening (Partially Hydrogenated Soybean and/or Cottonseed Oil, Mono and Diglycerides, Polysorbate), Oat Fiber, Salt, Spinach, Contains 1% Or Less Of: Inactive Yeast, Fumaric Acid, Sugar, Baking Powder (Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Calcium Carbonate, Cornstarch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Cellulose Gum, Maltodextrin, Carrageenan, Calcium Propionate and Potassium Sorbate as Preservatives, L-Cysteine, Ascorbic Acid.

Product Handling: Bag must be kept sealed until ready to use! Keep closed between uses to maintain freshness. If refrigerated or frozen: For best results, bring to room temperature as follows: Frozen: Remove package to be used from freezer and bring to room temperature (approx 12 hours). Refrigerated: Take package from freezer and bring to room temperature (allow approx 5 hours). For Easiest Separation: Twist and bend thawed package. This stretches wrap helping make separation easier. Warming: For best results heat to 150 degrees F and use within 3 hours. Grilling: Product may be quickly grilled at 375 degrees F for 8-7 seconds per side. Product may also be microwaved. Remove half of the wraps from the bag and heat for 30-50 seconds on high(be careful of wraps - since microwave power varies. It is best to adjust time accordingly. Suggested Uses: Rolled as wrap sandwiches and cut in 1 slices to make pinwheels. On grill with cheese and meat for quesadilla, burritos, etc. Cut in triangles and deep fried or baked to make flavored tortilla chips. Our delicious wraps are absolutely perfect for: Sandwiches: Be creative! The bet sandwiches start with your imagination. Perhaps sliced steak or chicken or lamb (etc). Or your favorite seafood or grilled vegetables with rice, red or green leaf lettuce, a bit of your favorite cheese, or whatever else your palate appreciates. Add a little of your favorite topping. Or perhaps a little pesto (basil sauce). It is up to you to make your masterpiece. Choose your wrap to match your mood. Tortilla Chips: If you want a special snack, cut our wraps into chip sized wedges. Take these wedges and quickly fry or bake them until crisp. Wrap a little mozzarella cheese, basil leaves and tomatoes inside one of our flavored wraps, slice in 1 inch thick slices, and drizzle with olive oil.
