Corn Flour (precooked Corn Meal, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Mozzarella Cheese (pasteurized Milk, Salt & Rennet), Sweet Cut Corn, Sugar, Salt. Less Than 1% Potassium Sorbate.

Directions

Heating Instructions: Conventional Oven: Defrost cheese arepas. Preheat oven 375 degrees. Place a single layer of arepas on a tray & bake 2-3 minutes. Until they're warm golden brown and cheese melts. Skillet or Pan: Defrost cheese arepas place them on a non-stick pan, skillet or grill. Set the heat to medium high 375 degrees. Cook 4-5 min turn over and cook until warm & golden brown. For Best Results: Arepas should be defrosted before cooking. A microwave oven can be used to thaw or thaw under refrigeration 4-6 hours.

- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
