Heat for approximately 20 minutes or until heated through (All times are estimates; equipment varies in wattage and intensity of cook). Turn steaks halfway through heating. 4. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. Microwave Oven: 1. Place frozen steaks in single layer on microwave-safe plate and cover with a paper towel. 2. For 1 serving: heat on high for 2 minutes or until heated through (All times are estimates; equipment varies in wattage and intensity of cook). For each additional serving, add 1 minute to heating time. 3. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Reheat to 140 degrees F internal temperature. Do not thaw. Heat from frozen.
