DirectionsSlow Cooker: Place meat and vegetables in slow cooker; pour sauce over. Cover and cook on high heat for 4 hours or low heat for 8 hours, stirring occasionally, until beef is tender. Pressure Cooker: Follow slow cooker recipe above, high pressure for 1 hour, or as directed by pressure cooker manufacturer. Stove Top: Preheat oven for 325degF. Place beef roast and vegetables in a Dutch oven and pour sauce over. Cover and cook for 3 hours or until beef is cooked to desired doneness and vegetables are tender.
