Filling (ricotta (whey, Whole Milk, Cream, Vinegar), Lobster (lobster Meat, Water, Salt), Mascarpone Cheese (pasteurized Milk, Cream, Citric Acid) Whey, Unsalted Butter (cream), Chicory Root Fiber, Vegetable Fiber, 2% Or Less Of Heavy Cream (cream), Bread Crumbs (wheat Flour, Yeast, Salt), Cornstarch, Lobster Base (lobster Meat, Salt, Evaporated Cane Juice, Tomato Paste, Butter (pasteurized Cream, Salt), Dried Whey, Natural Flavor, Codfish, Tomato Powder), Salt, Garlic, Parsley, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Natural Flavors). Pasta (semolina, Eggs, Water).
Directions
Preparation: Follow cooking instructions to ensure product reaches temperature of 160degF.Boil 6 quarts of water. Reduce heat to a gentle boil. Add a pinch of salt.Add pasta; do not separate uncooked pasta if it sticks together. It will naturally separate while cooking. Cook 4 minutes, and drain.Enjoy the wonderful flavors of my fillings as we do in Italy: Toss in melted butter on extra virgin olive oil and top with freshly grated cheese.†If frozen, do not thaw; cook additional 1 minute.
Keep refrigerated.
Use or freeze by date on front of package. May be frozen one month.
