To Open: 1. Squeeze the handle and the button located under it together to release the handle, and then pull the handle up to the desired height. 2. Push down the platform. To Use: 1. Place your load as far back on the platform as possible and secure it with provided bungee cord (see cord safety). To Close: 1. Squeeze the handle and the button located under it together; and then push the handle all the way down until the handle locks into place. 2. Pull the platform upward.

Use alternative materials (twine, rope, chain) for strapping if load is too large to be safely strapped by bungee cord provided, or if there is any question that the load cannot be safely strapped because of size, shape, or stability of the load. 4. To avoid injury, never stand in front of or directly behind cart when stretching cords over the load. Always stand to the side when stretching cord. 5. Always stretch cords up so they will snap downward if accidentally released.6. Always pull cord towards you. 7. Always keep cords and cart out of reach of children. 8. Cord must not be allowed to rub against the ground. Since it is fabric covered elastic, the cord can wear through, snap, and fly through the air, possibly causing injury. 9. Replace the cord at any sign of excessive wear. Cart Safety: 1. Never load the cart beyond its recommended load limit of 75 lbs. 2. Always place your load as far back onto the platform as possible, use as much of the platform as possible. 3. Evenly distribute your weight load onto the platform and avoid having your load unnecessarily extend beyond the front or sides of the platform. 4. Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:
- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
