Apolonia Dressings are a culmination of those travels, and are a git from her heart to your home. Olly is a classic Greek-style dressing made with oil, vinegar and fresh seasonings. This is the dressing from Apolonia's childhood, reminiscent of the salty air and crystal blue skies of the Mediterranean. It is as exceptional as it is traditional.
