Farm Raised Tilapia, Oil Blend (Canola Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil), Water, Seasoning (Maltodextrin, Salt, Dehydrated Green Bell Pepper, Dehydrated Garlic, Dehydrated Green Onion, Corn Syrup Solids, Modified Food Starch (Corn, Tapioca), Fully Refined Soybean Oil, and Contains Less than 2% of: Lime Juice Solids, Lime Oil, Natural Flavor (Contains Mustard Seed, Canola Oil and Polysorbate 80 as an Emulsifier), Dehydrated Onion, Natural Extractives of Coriander Leaves).
Directions
Keep frozen. 1. Preheat to 400 degrees F. 2. Remove from plastic wrap. 3. Bake uncovered in baking pan. Bake: Place in oven and bake accordingly to times listed below. Defrosted: 12-17 minutes. Frozen: 22-27 minutes. Grill: 1. Preheat grill to medium heat. 2. Remove tilapia from plastic wrap. 3. Place aluminum foil on grid & spray with cooking oil. 4. Cover on foil over medium heat. Defrosted: 6-8 minutes. Frozen: 12-14 minutes. Stove: 1. Preheat non-stick skillet to medium low heat. 2. Remove tilapia from plastic. 3. Saute over medium low heat. 4. Cook according to times below. Defrosted: 12-15 minutes. Frozen: 15-18 minutes. Cook until internal temperature of 145 degrees F as measured by use of thermometer. Cooking times may vary due to variability of appliances and grills. Cooking Tips: Cook the tilapia fillets according to times indicated or until the fish is white, firm and has a flakey texture with no translucent or pink color. Please Note: Tilapia is a delicate fish. Handle gently while cooking to avoid breaking apart the fillet. Thawing: Thaw in refrigerator overnight. For quick thawing, place individually sealed tilapia in cool water for 20-30 minutes. Once thawed, use immediately.
