Durum wheat macaroni product. Italian tradition. American heritage. Flour and water. Two simple ingredients lie at the heart of our family business. We started Seven Hills Pasta Company driven by our dedication to bringing wholesome and unprocessed food to our greater Boston community. Whether we are rolling out pasta by hand on our kitchen table or working in our pastificio, we believe that making pasta is a labor of love to be enjoyed with family and friends. We are happy to share our Italian artisan craft with you. Our process begins by selecting the finest semola di grano duro flour. As the pasta is extruded through custom bronze dies, it acquires the characteristic rough texture that even the silkiest of sauces will cling to. It is then slow-dried for more than 24 hours, a process that imparts the firm al dente quality that separates an ordinary plate of pasta from a truly memorable meal. Durum Wheat Semolina (Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate [Vitamin B1], Riboflavin [Vitamin B2], Folic Acid), Water.
Directions
Cooking time 7-9 minutes. Suggested Preparation: 1. Bring 4-6 quarts of water to boil. Add salt to taste. Add fusilli to boiling water. 2. For authentic al dente pasta, boil for 7-9 minutes, stirring occasionally. For more tender pasta, boil for an additional minute. 3. Drain well and serve immediately with olive oil or your favorite sauce.

- Tipping is optional but encouraged for delivery orders. It's a great way to show your shopper appreciation and recognition for excellent service. 100% of your tip goes directly to the shopper who delivers your order.
With an optional Instacart+ membership, you can get $0 delivery fee on every order over $35 and lower service fees too.
Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:
- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
