Using a blend of light and fluffy long grain white rice and aromatic Thai jasmine rice, it provides the optimum texture for cooking up stir-fries as well as a wide variety of other dishes. When cooked, as both rice varieties are long grain, they stay separate allowing the rice to fry up evenly and without clumps. Carolina Long Grain and Jasmine Rice Blend is Gluten-Free, Non-GMO Project Verified, free of MSG and contains no added preservatives.
