Keep frozen until use. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.

Beef patties should be cooked to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F, as measured by a meat thermometer. Grill: 1. Pre-heat grill to medium (350 degrees F). 2. Grill patties for 16 minutes, flipping halfway through grill time. Pan Fry: 1. Pre-heat skillet over medium heat (325 degrees F). 2. Fry patty for 13-14 minutes, flipping every 3-4 minutes.
