Cook thoroughly. Cook Prep: 1100 watt microwave. Step (1): Remove bowl; pull back film to vent. Step (2): Microwave on high for 2 min 30 sec. Step (3): Pull back film & stir thoroughly. Replace film. Step (4): Cook on high for 2 min; let stand for 1 minute. Step (5): Stir and dig in!. For food safety and best quality, follow these cooking instructions: keep frozen until ready to use.
