Directions
1. Remove lid and inner seal. 2. Heath in Microwave: Place on outer edge of rotating plate and heat in 30 seconds intervals. If thawed: 1-1-1/2 min. If frozen: 3-3-1/2 min. Microwaves, use caution and do not overheat. Or Heat on Stovetop: Thaw, them empty contents into saucepan and heat to a simmer, stirring as needed. Pro Tip: Blend before drinking for best results. Place lid back on, Sip & go!
Keep frozen or refrigerated. Perishable. If frozen, use within 60 days of thawing. Do not freeze.
