Directions for Preparation and Use: Use as directed by a doctor. Step 1: Pour desired amount of water into bottle. See chart below. Step 2: Add 1 unpacked level scoop (8.7g) or powder for each 2 fl oz water. (Only use enclosed scoop). Step 3: Cap bottle; Shake well. Feed baby immediately. Once Feeding begins, use contents within 1 hour or discard. Note: Only if necessary, refrigerate freshly prepared bottle and use contents within 24 hours. Refrigerator temperature should be maintained between 35-40 degrees F (2-4 degrees C). Mixing Guide. To Make Approx: 2 fl oz bottle, measure, 2 fl oz water and add 1 unpacked level scoop (8.7g) powder. To Make Approx: 4 fl oz bottle measure, 4 fl oz water and add 2 unpacked level scoops powder. To Make Approx: 6 fl oz bottle measure, 6 fl oz water and add 3 unpacked level scoops powder. To Make Approx: 8 fl oz bottle measure, 8 fl oz water and add 4 unpacked level scoops powder.
Storage: Tightly cover open can and use within 1 month. Store opened and unopened cans in a cool, dry place. Avoid extreme storage conditions.

- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
