Directions
Chicken & Broccoli Cheddar Bake: Prep time: 10 minutes; Cook time: 55 minutes; Makes 6 servings. You will need: 1 pkg-Tasty Zesty Seasoning Mix; 1 lb-boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks; 2 cups-fresh broccoli florets; 3/4 cup-long grain rice; 1 cup- shredded cheddar cheese, divided; 1 1/2 cups-chicken stock, such as Kitchen Basics; 1 cup-milk; 1 cup-French's crispy fried onions. Directions: (1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spread chicken, broccoli, rice and 1/2 of the cheese in greased 2-quart baking dish. (2) Mix stock, milk and seasoning mix in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Pour mixture slowly over chicken and rice. Cover with foil. (3) Bake 50 minutes. Remove foil. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and Crispy Fried Onions. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
