Let's start cooking. Conventional Oven Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Remove tray from plastic wrap and cover with foil. 3. Place tray on cookie sheet and bake 50-60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. 4. Using potholders, carefully remove tray from oven and let stand 5 minutes before enjoying! Important: This aluminum tray is suitable for conventional ovens. A convection oven reduces cook time and temperature. Flavorful Additions: Our Eggplant Parmesan includes sauce, but if you want to round out the meal with a healthy side dish, pair it with a fresh green salad or steamed vegetables, like broccoli or asparagus!
