No water added. US inspected and passed by Department of Agriculture. What in the World is Bacon Steak? Burgers' Smokehouse has a rich tradition for producing the finest artisanal bacon in the nation. Bacon Steak was developed for the enthusiast who really appreciates great bacon. Our secret family cure recipe is allowed to slowly absorb into each slab, then we smoke our bacon with natural sawdust until golden brown. Unlike national grocery store brands, no water is added. We slice our Bacon Steak a hearty 1/4 inch thick, which makes for the chewy, crispness that is unique to thick sliced bacon. Available in both original and peppered flavors. Visit our website at smokehouse.com. Thank you for purchasing Burgers' Bacon Steak Cuts. To enable us to serve you better, please include the product code from the package if you contact us with any questions, concerns, or comments. Family owned & crafted in the USA.
