How to get started: 1. Break the briquettes to fit your grill. 4 inch = 4 hours of burn time. 2. Choose a lighting method (takes approx. 15-20 minutes to light) а. Chimney Starter: Stack in chimney and apply direct flame. B. Pagoda Style: Build a Pagoda charcoal tower and apply direct flame to center of tower c. Pyramid Style: Stack charcoal and apply direct flame in the center. 3. Look for the red glow and get cooking. 4. Finished grilling? Close the lid, choke the oxygen - then relight and reuse next time.
