Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Fully heat contents until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Microwave Oven (1000 watt): Remove bowl from box. Cut a few 1 inch slits in the plastic wrap. Place in microwave oven. Heat on high for 2 minutes 45 seconds - 3 minutes. Remove from microwave and let sit for 1 minute before eating. Stir and enjoy! Due to differences in microwave ovens, cooking times may vary. Do not heat in a conventional oven. Caution: Contents are hot!
