Just follow these steps for a juicy, flavorful turkey breast everyone's going to remember.PreparationPreheat your oven to 350degF.Remove refrigerated turkey breast from bag.Roasting Place turkey breast, breast-side up, on a roasting rack inside a shallow roasting pan.Brush turkey breast with vegetable oil, and season as desired.Add one cup of water to the roasting pan. This helps keep the turkey breast moist while still allowing browning.Roast at 350degF according to the chart below.If breast is golden-brown before fully cooked, cover with a loose tent of aluminum foil to prevent over-browning. Cut a hold in the foil to prevent over-browning. Cut a hole in the foil to view the pop-up timer.Turkey breast is done when the pop-up timer has popped and a meat thermometer, not touching any bone, registers at least 165degF in the deepest part of the breast.Remove from oven and allow the cooked breast to stand for 20 to 30 minutes. This allows the juices to settle and makes carving easier.Other Cooking Methods & Additional TipsWe recommend conventional oven roasting, but your Frozen Shady Brook Farms® Turkey Breast is also delicious when grilled or roasted in a slow cooker.
