Filtered Water, Soy Protein Concentrate, Onions, Structured Vegetable Protein (isolated Soy Protein, Wheat Gluten, Wheat Starch), Seasoning (sea Salt Blend (potassium Chloride, Sea Salt), Sugar, Tapioca Dextrin, Yeast Extract, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Dehydrated Onion, Grill Flavor (from Sunflower Oil), Spices (including Celery Seed), Dehydrated Red And Green Bell Pepper, Salt, Tomato Powder, Molasses, Spice Extractive, Citric Acid), Soybean Oil, Wheat Gluten, Less Than 2% Soy Sauce (water, Soybeans, Salt, Alcohol, Wheat), Methylcellulose, Yeast Extract, Malt Extract, Seasoning (yeast Extract, Salt)
Directions
Cook thoroughly. Heat & Eat: Stovetop: 1. Add 1/2 cup of Alpha Crumble, 1 tablespoon water and 1 teaspoon vegetable oil to a covered non-stick skillet on medium heat for 5 minutes. 2. Remove cover, lower heat to low and stir. 3. Continue cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes or until lightly brown. Microwave (1100 Watts): 1. Place 1/2 cup of Alpha Crumble and 1/2 tablespoon water in microwave-safe dish and cover with microwave-safe lid. 2. Heat on high 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Microwaves and ovens vary. Heat to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Do not overcook.
Keep frozen.

- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.

- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
