Easy to Bake. Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Do not thaw prior to baking. Space frozen empanadas 1 inch apart on baking sheet (lightly greased or parchment paper lined). Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden. Enjoy while warm. For food safety and quality, empanadas must be cooked to 160 degrees F.
