Salt, Lactose (milk), Garlic, Buttermilk, Modified Corn Starch, Spices (including Black Pepper, Parsley, Dill, Celery Seed), Onion, Parmesan Cheese (part Skim Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Citric Acid & Calcium Silicate (to Make Free Flowing).
Directions
Simmer: Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
You will need: 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix, 1 Tbsp. oil, 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1/2-inch strips, 1/2 cup water, 8 (6-inch) tortillas, warmed.
Directions
1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
2. Stir in Seasoning Mix and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally.
3. Spoon chicken into tortillas. Serve with desired toppings.
Makes 4 (2 tacos) servings.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with toppings such as shredded lettuce, shredded Mexican cheese blend, chopped tomatoes, avocado and cilantro. Test Kitchen Tip: For creamier sauce, prepare using milk in place of the water.
