Do not microwave in bag. 1. Empty half of the frozen meal (about 7 cups) into an 8-inch square microwave-safe dish and cover. 2. Microwave on high 5 minutes; stir thoroughly and replace cover. 3. microwave an additional 9 to 12 minutes. 4. check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it's hot! Let stand covered 2 minutes.
