1. APPLY - Peel one strip o of backing liner. Apply the gel side to your upper teeth, fold over, and press to secure. Repeat for lower teeth. Leave on for 30 minutes.2. LIGHT - Turn on ARC Blue Light by simultaneously pressing the two buttons on the sides. With strips still on your teeth, place light against the strips for the last 5 minutes of treatment.3. SMILE - Remove light and strips after full 30 minutes and reveal your brighter smile.
