Cook thoroughly. Heating Instructions: For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to a temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Since cooking appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Microwave Oven: Lift film seal on a quarter portion of the bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes on high. Remove film and stir from outside in. Microwave for an additional 1 minute and 30 seconds on high. Let stand for 1 minute and enjoy! Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place bowl on baking tray in center of oven. Heat for 15 minutes. Remove from oven to remove film and stir bowl contents. Heat for an additional 20 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute and enjoy! Caution: Bowl will be hot.
