Our story began in 2004 when I learned that I needed triple-bypass heart surgery, and committed myself to a vegan lifestyle. After trying many unsatisfactory vegan products, I started formulating my own vegan recipes with life-long friend and co-worker Don Platt. Bake 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Convection Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove calzone from packaging. Place on baking sheet on middle oven rack. Bake 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Microwave: Remove Calzone from packaging. Place in the center of the microwave on a microwave safe plate. Cook on high for 90 seconds.
