Preheat oven to 375° f. 2. Rinse chicken in cold water; Drain but do not dry. 3. Spray 15x10x1-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. 4. In plastic bag, combine potato flakes and seasoned salt; Shake until well blended. 5. Pour melted margarine into small bowl; Coat chicken with margarine. 6. Place 1 piece of chicken in bag with seasoned potato flakes; Shake well until coated. Place chicken in baking pan. Repeat with remaining chicken pieces. 7. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
