Filling: Ricotta Cheese (Milk Whey, Cream, Salt, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid), Grana Padano Pdo Cheese (Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Butter, Mozzarella Cheese (Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Rice Flour, Parmigiano Reggiano Pdo Cheese (Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Potato Flakes, Whey Powder, Wheat Fiber, Salt, Spices. Pasta: Wheat Flour, Pasteurized Liquid Whole Egg, Durum Wheat Semolina.
Directions
Cooking Instructions: Remove pasta from packaging. Bring 2 quarts of lightly salted water to a boil in a large saucepan. Empty pasta into saucepan and return to a gentle boil, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes. Once cooked, gently remove the pasta with a slotted spoon and toss in melted butter, extra virgin olive oil or your favorite sauce. Finish with grated parmesan.
