Filling: Ricotta from Buffalo Milk Cheese (Milk Whey from Buffalo Milk, Salt, Acidity Regulator: Citric acid), Ricotta Cheese (Milk Whey, Cream, Salt, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid), Sauteed Spinach (Spinach, Butter, Water, Grana Padano PDO Cheese [Milk, Salt, Enzymes], Salt, Corn Starch, Garlic), Butter, Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour, Salt, Yeast), Lactose, Grana Padano PDO Cheese (Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Salt. Pasta: Wheat Flour, Pasteurized Liquid Whole Egg, Durum Wheat Semolina.
Directions
Cooking Instructions: Remove pasta from packaging. Bring 2 quarts of lightly salted water to a boil in a large saucepan. Empty pasta into saucepan and return to a gentle boil, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes. Once cooked, gently remove the pasta with a slotted spoon and toss in melted butter, extra virgin olive oil, or your favorite sauce. Finish with grated Parmesan.
