Microwave or grill.
Heating Instructions: Microwave: Place one (1) burger on a microwave safe dish and heat on high for 30-45 seconds each side or until hot. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Skillet: Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place one (1) burger on the skillet and heat for 3-4 minute each side. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place three (3) burgers on a cookie sheet and place them in the over for 15-20 minutes at 375 degrees F or until hot. Let stand for 1 minute before serving.
Keep frozen.
