Ever since 2008, when Van Leeuwen was born out of a yellow truck on the streets of NYC, we've been making good ice cream from good ingredients that makes you feel good. After all, happiness is healthiness. And nothing makes us happier than this Vegan sicilian pistachio ice cream. Certified by the International slow food institute, these special pistachios are only found on Mount Etna. In Bronte, Italy, to be precise. So they're renowned for their fragrance and flaovr. And their neck scarves. Why should omnivores get all the good stuff? They shouldn't. That's why we keep our vegan ice cream simple. Because ice cream doesn't have to be complicated. In fact, it shouldn't be complicated. Just don't put a bunch of junk in it. So in our vegan ice cream you'll find the same type of quality ingredients you'll find in our classic ice cream. See?
