Mix Ingredients: Sugar, Enriched Bleached Flour (wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Dried Pumpkin Flakes (contains Corn Flour), Soybean Oil, Spices, Salt, Leavening (baking Soda, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate), Xanthan Gum, Arabic Gum, Caramel Color, Annatto (color). Pecan Ingredients: Pecans. Freshness Preserved With Bht.
Directions
Pumpkin Spice Quick Bread: For each batch you will need: 1 pouch Quick Bread Mix (enclosed); 1 packet Pecans (enclosed); 1/2 cup water; 1/2 cup vegetable oil; 2 eggs. Tip: For Streusel Topping: Before mixing batter, combine 1/2 cup quick bread mix and 1 tbsp softened butter in small bowl. Stir with fork until streusel crumble forms. Sprinkle onto batter before baking. 1. Heat oven as directed in bake chart below. Lightly grease baking pan. 2. Stir together full pouch quick bread mix, full packet pecans (enclosed), water, oil and eggs in medium bowl until moistened. Spoon batter into prepared pan, or scoop into muffin cups, filling 2/3 full. 3. Bake as directed below orr until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool 5-10 minutes; gently and remove from pan. Cool completely before frosting with cream icing, if desired. Bake Chart: 1 Standard Loaf (8x4-inch): Oven temperature 350 degrees F. Bake time 60-64 minutes (54-58 minutes for 9x5-inch); 3 Mini Loaves (5x3-inch): Oven temperature 350 degrees F. Bake time 38-42 minutes; 12-14 Standard Muffins: Oven temperature 350 degrees F. Bake time 19-21 minutes; 28-30 Mini Muffins: Oven temperature 375 degrees F. Bake time 10-12 minutes.
