Enriched Unbleached Flour (wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid, May Contain Malted Barley Flour, Enzymes, Ascorbic Acid), Whey, Canola Or Soybean Oil, Dextrose, Nonfat Milk, Salt, Natural Flavor (contains Milk Derivatives).
Directions
1 pkg. Classic Crepe mix; 2-1/2 cups water; 6 eggs; cooking spray. Batter: place eggs in a medium bowl and blend with a wire whip. Add Classic Crepe Mix and 1-1/4 cups of the water. Continue to whip mixture until smooth. Add remaining water and stir gently until blended. Let batter rest for 5 minutes. Cook: Coat bottom of an 8-inch crepe pan or nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat just until hot. Pour 2-3 tablespoons batter into center of pan and tilt to coat pan evenly, or spread with back of spoon to desired size. Cook for 30 seconds or until top of crepe is no longer moist and bottom is lightly browned. Bake on one side only. Stack crepes between wax paper sheets until ready to be filled. Crepes may be served as an appetizer, entree or dessert. Makes approx. 36 crepes. For Savory Crepes: Add 1 teaspoon to the basic recipe, of one, or a combination of the following spices: minced garlic - onion flakes - fresh or dried parsley, oregano or cilantro (finely chopped).
