Suggested Cooking Procedure (Traditional): Pour 2 teaspoons of oil into a medium size pan and fry one cup of Rio Grande Jasmine Rice. Add 2 cups of boiling water and salt to taste. Cook over low heat semi covered until all water is absorbed (15 minutes approx). Remove from fire, let stand with pan cover it for 5 minutes and serve. Suggested Cooking Procedure (Microwave): Pour 1 cup of Rio Grande Jasmine Rice with 2 cups of boiling water and salt to taste. Cook on maximum power for 12 minutes for until all water is absorbed), Let stand covered for 5 minutes. Serve.
