Storage: Always store seafood in a refrigerator or freezer. Thawing: Thaw in a refrigerator or under cold water. Preparation: Keep raw seafood separate from all other foods.
Cooking Instructions: Thaw under refrigeration before cooking. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Remove cod portions from packaging. 3. Place portions in an oven-safe baking dish. 4. Open Italian Parmesan seasoning packet and spread evenly over top of portions. 5. Bake cod portions for 15 minutes from thawed or 30 minutes from frozen or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.
