The Bantam Story: Changing the Way You Breakfast: People ask us what it's like starting your own business, and our answer is always the same - it's a roller coaster of emotions, a little scary, always exciting, and at the end of the day it's the most rewarding thing we've ever done. Bantam Bagels is our dream come true. The idea started in the middle of the night and turned into a real bagel bakery in NYC's charming West Village. After winning over New York's toughest bagel critics, we are excited to share our mini stuffed bagels with you. Bantam Bagels are crispy and chewy, everything you want from a great bagel with one unique twist - the cream cheese is already on the inside! We stuff our bagels with artisan cream cheeses for mobile munching - perfect for any snack, party or get together from our home to yours. - Nick & Elyse. We Always Surround Ourselves with Fellow Hustlers: We learned very quickly that being entrepreneurs meant adapting to a lifestyle of constantly swirling panic, elation and heart pounding adrenaline. When the entire company is on your shoulders, every moment, every decision is do or die. We have found that it's the people that we surround ourselves with who are the true rock stars, and have made all the true rock stars, and have made all the difference in our success. At one of our first tradeshadows in San Francisco, our booth was the place to be - crowds of hundreds of people lined up, wrapping around the building to sample Bantam Bagels. We went through 3 days' worth of samples in the first morning. With just the two of us manning the booth, the demand was so overwhelming that we couldn't keep us with toasting, serving, and selling. It was then that two of our sales brokers stopped by the booth to see how things were going - and one look at our faces told them we were totally drowning. Without missing a beat, they put on gloves, grabbed tongs, and got work at the toasting station, firing off flavors and tossing product to one another like pros, smiling all the way. For those outside of the grocery store world, this is something that brokers typically do not do. They are the buyer-facing, suit wearing, analytical brains that keep the account on track. But by stepping up (and stepping behind the counter), they got us through that show and turned a potential disaster into our most successful show yet. We made connections with important buyers, networking with industry leaders, and even made into a New York Times article because of the buzz around our booth! This box is dedicated to all of our staff, brokers, designers, bakers, and - of course - to our OG Bleecker Street crew, who have shown us the truest, most amazing kind of hustle, dedication and belief in Bantam. Enriched Wheat Flour (wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Cream Cheese: (pasteurized Milk And Cream, Salt, Carob Bean Gum, Cheese Culture), Pumpkin Puree, Sugar, Malt Syrup, Yeast, Salt, Ground Cinnamon, Ground Ginger, Ground Cloves, Sodium Bicarbonate.
Directions
Heating Directions: Keep frozen until ready to eat. Toast or heat before eating. Do not refreeze thawed product. Unwrap Bantams and place in microwave or even safe dish before heating. Toast (For Best Results): Step 1: Defrost - microwave 10-15 sec per Bantam or refrigerate overnight. Step 2: Toaster Oven - toast for 4-5 minutes or until crispy! Oven - preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place Bantams on baking sheet in oven for 6 minutes. Microwave (Ovens May Vary): Microwave 20 sec. Add 20 secs. for each additional Bantam. Tip for the Best Bantam Eating Experience: Make sure the full Bantam (both inside & out) are entirely defrosted before heating in the oven or toaster oven!

- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
