savory chicken - 6 boneless chicken breasts, 1 tbsp fresh oregano, 2 tbsp butter or salt free butter, 1-1/2 cups weis organics chicken broth, 3 tbsp lemon juice, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1/4 tsp pepper, 2 tsp minced parsley (optional); Pat chicken dry with paper towel. Combine oregano and pepper and rub over chicken. In a skillet over medium heat, brown chicken in butter (can use chicken broth for added flavor). Transfer chicken to slow cooker. Add organic chicken broth, lemon juice, and garlic to skillet and bring to boil while stirring. Pour over chicken. Cover. Cook on low for 4 to 5 hours. Add parsley (optional) and cook for an additional 15 minutes. (chicken should be at a minimum temperature of 165°f)
