Equate Multi-purpose Solution Is A Sterile, Isotonic Solution That Contains Hydroxyalkyl Phosphonate, Boric Acid, Edetate Disodium, Polyoxyethylene Polyoxypropylene Block Copolymer With Ethylene Diamine, Sodium Borate And Sodium Chloride; Preserved With Polyaminopropyl Biguanide 0.0001%.
Directions
To obtain cleaning, disinfection and daily protein removal for lenses replaced in 30 days or less, these steps must be completed. Step 1:Thoroughly rinse each side of the lens for 5 seconds. Step 2. Place cleaned contact lens in the lens case and fill with fresh Equate Multi-Purpose Solution. Soak at least four (4) hours. Always follow your eye care professional's instructions. Based upon your individual tear chemistry and lens-wearing schedule, your eye care practitioner may recommend additional products or procedure for your lenses. To obtain cleaning, disinfection and daily protein removal for lenses replaced greater than 30 days, these steps must be completed: Step 1: Place at least three drops of Equate Multi-Purpose Solution on each side of contact lens and rub for 20 seconds. Step 2: Remove surface debris by rinsing thoroughly with Equate Multi-Purpose Solution. Step 3: Place cleaned contact lenses in lens case and fill with fresh Equate Multi-Purpose Solution. Soak for at least four hours. Storage: Store your lenses in the unopened lens case until ready to wear, up to a maximum of 30 days. Good Lens Practices: Always wash and rinse your hands before you handle your lenses. Clean, rinse and disinfect your lenses each time you use them. Always clean and rinse one lens at a time to avoid mix-up. After use, empty and rinse lens case with fresh Equate Multi-Purpose Solution and allow to air dry. Use Equate Multi-Purpose Solution daily to clean, rinse, disinfect and remove protein - all steps in one bottle.
